Introduction
Four decades plus some years ago, my high school curriculum had a required health class. Pre-read a chapter for the next class time. Listen to a lecture. Watch a video. Take a written test. All within the bounds and limits of New York Education law.
The mandatory science classes (Biology, Chemistry, Physics) had similar classes. Pre-read a chapter, listen to a lecture, watch a video, take a written test. But. These classes also had a required lab. I don’t remember the exact ratio. I think it was a 30-minute lecture 5 days a week. A 60-minute lab once a week. Schools do block scheduling now, so I cannot easily confirm that.
I am a hands-on learner. It is not that I am not good at the theory. It is the experiencing and the curiosity that enthrall me. And that then feeds a longing to understand the why, the theory. So, I enjoy both. I learn best when both are present. I think in collage they called it the “studio” format. A half-hour lecture immediately followed by an hour and half lab, where you experienced the theory.
When I taught high school classes, my format was similar but reversed. It doesn’t have a name like “reverse-studio” format, because of New York State Education Law. I preferred to have the students participate in a controlled hands-on activity first, so they had successes, failures and questions. Then, the lecture could be used to develop the theory. And then, more activities that were self-guided could follow. The 10% aptitude-aligned students could learn the material however it was presented. The 10% behavior- misaligned students could not learn however whatever was presented. The 80% “trying” students had engagement and appreciation for the material. And most did better on the written tests (required by New York State Educational Law).
What if high school Health class also had a required lab? And what if that lab was the “reverse-studio” format. And because this is the land of rainbows, grading would be holistic.
Of all the topics from Health class, the topic I remember as most “unpreparing” was “sex education”. Times were different. But perhaps the paradigms reinforced are the same as today.

I am not exactly sure what I now think , what should have been taught back in high school. What feels “real” to me today, I will summarize.
One thing that confuses me is this covert thing, that women like to be choked. WTF. I was raised to believe that women want a gentle touch. Now, it seems, choking them makes them horny. If you don’t then you are weak and unattractive to women. Was I lied to all my life? If women want to be choked, why don’t they tell their husbands? Maybe it is the bad boy that is only supposed to know this. And that is why they crave the bad boy. They don’t want their husband to know, so they have a reason for an affair/fling/fuck.
Next thing. What’s with the nipple shit. Don’t touch my breasts. Don’t touch my nipples. It is painful. But it seems that pinching and twisting nipples make women horny and makes them orgasm. Does pain and domination really make women horny? But they lie about it? More bad boy only shit?
Men don’t know how to touch my clit. Well, do you ever share how you want your clit touched? Do you take the time to let him practice and give POSITIVE feedback? Maybe the bad boy is just so rough that the pain and degradation makes women orgasm.
Women complain that men don’t satisfy them. True. First, women are faking orgasm so much, it is hard for a man to tell what works and what doesn’t work. If a man asks what she wants/needs, the response is “A real man would know”. What does a woman orgasm actually look, feel, smell like? They never show how to excite them and how to tell they are having an orgasm. Lying about it, doesn’t help either. Do women even know if they are having an orgasm? Or is just convenient to blame the man for something else?
