November 12, 2024 …. An interesting time. Attended the Love and Ecstasy Training, Cycle 2 in October in California. A week-long intensive Tantra Yoga workshop (8 am – 9 pm daily). I felt honored on many levels. Looking forward to Cycle 3 in March 2025.
March 28, 2024 …. It feels like the Fact, Fiction or Fantasy post is complete, at least for now. Another post, If Health class had a required lab, is underway.
March 25, 2024 ….I have been guided to continuous add to the guided story/post called Fact, Fiction or Fantasy. It has been interesting to be in a flow of just typing what is presented. It is a bit frustrating at times, trying to find English words that accurately describe the transmission. Like even the word transmission does not accurately articulate, but it is the closest I can transcribe.
March 16, 2024 ….. Check out this on-going guided story/post called Fact, Fiction or Fantasy. It felt like it should be written in sections. Check back to see the progress.
March 10, 2024 ….. Lots of interesting energetics the last two months. Check out the post on The Happy Wife School.
January 14, 2024 ….. It has been a very busy and shifting time these last few months. The project to create the “What’s your Tantra comfort level ?” quiz was interesting, but its usefulness was limited since it was not linked with Facebook, etc. So the quiz project has been terminated. I did attend a Skydancing Yoga workshop in October called Love and Ecstasy Training Cycle 1. The word intensive was accurate. Lots of other Tantra related activities and events are also shifting through. Check out the Love and Ecstasy Training website. The Wheel of Consent by Betty Martin continues to weave its influence in these activities.
May 21, 2023 …. I added a new webpage called Line Art Project. It has images for creating line art images and icons.
May 20, 2023 …. I added The Wheel of Consent info to the resources page. The few times I have practiced the exercises have been very beneficial.
May 18, 2023 …. Working on the tremor exercise as part of the Ecstasy course from Allison Holley. Allergies have been very significant these last few days. Some say there is smog from forest fires in Alberta, Canada. Something is, or somethings are, definitely creating some intense allergy symptoms.
May 16, 2023 …. Well the quiz funnel has been quiet. It is probably because it needs to be on Facebook, Twitter, etc. I don’t do much on Facebook. I don’t feel an alignment with the platform. So we will keep it active for a month and see what developes. We had the first orientation class to the Ecstasy course. Seems interesting.
May 9, 2023 …. Well, no takers yet for the Funnel Quiz. It was pretty exciting learning all the new tech and clarifying the vision. A bit of a pondering as to why these things that the universe seems to make flow easily, abruptly end. Maybe it is a lesson in just allowing then letting go.

May 1, 2023 …. I signed up for the Ecstasy workshop by Allison Holley. Her hour and half workshop this past Sunday was safe, supportive and sacred. Also continuing work on the funnel quiz, Wheel of Consent, reaching out to other Tantra practitioners, and a editing a bunch of youtube videos. After that derailment, it seems that everything is happening at once now. April 30, 2023 …. Attended the Allison Holley on-line workshop about sexual alchemy. A very safe, sacred and supportive space to learn more about the links between sacred sex, spirituality and creativity.
April 27, 2023 …. Well, this is just a note for where I am these last few days. Seems like a train wreck as far as energy flow goes. Things were clicking into place and flowing well. Then funnel quiz fell apart. Emails with the login info got deleted. Plans for travel to Tantra workshops tipped sideways. Family obligations suddenly appeared. It definitely feels like Friday energy today, but my wife keeps reminding me it is Thursday. Just a little rant in case others can relate. I find it comforting when someone says something that collaborates what I am sensing. Blessings.
April 26, 2023 …. The funnel quiz was going well, then it fell apart; results getting mixed up and then stopped sending emails. Finding some tantra practitioners has also skidded sideways. Wheel of consent stalled. Seems like something in the universe has shifted for awhile.
April 25, 2023 …. Working on the funnel quiz “What’s your Tantra comfort level”. A lot of intricacies in implementing. Also working on the 3 minute game by Dr. Betty Martin.
April 23, 2023 …. Getting the funnel quiz implmented. Hopefully within the next week it will go live and I will list it here! Started looking at the Wheel of Consent by Dr. Betty Martin.

April 19,2021 ….I recently joined the True Creator Community with Allison Holley. They have a nice on-line community. I have also participated in a private Channeling session with Allison concerning WNYtantra foundation and growth. I found the channeled information and Allison’s personality to be very helpful. Allison also offers Sacred Sexuality workshops. See the Resource page.

Feb 1, 2023 …. Been a different busy end of Jan. A weekend long dive into a guided rabbit hole – Tantric Phase Diagrams. I created a new webpage called Theoretical Musing to house this and other esoteric mental episodes. Not for everyone, but it feels like it wants at least a temporary home here. Until the follow-on experimental phase begins.
Jan 24, 2023…Added a post about my use of an Ayurvedic Tongue Scrapper. Check out the blog post with a link to the youtube video. The Partner Ice Dance page worked out well. On Tuesday we were at the ice rink, and I was able to access the pattern notes for the 2 new pattern dances to practice with my partner. We were not able to get the rink to let us use the speaker system. Perhaps a project for next week.

Jan 20, 2023… Added Dutch Waltz, Swing Dance, Rhythm Blues and Canasta Tango partner dance info to the Partner Ice Dance page. My wife suggested I change the name of the website to Tantra & More! I have enjoyed re-visiting the patterns as I am helping a friend learn partner ice dance. I have been partner ice dance student for a few years, so it is interesting to try and explain it to someone else. I also added a Blog entry.
Jan 19, 2023… Looking at this home page from a mobile phone, it is very plain. Perhaps we should add a picture! Since we are working on Partner Ice Dance, I need a location to store some of the dance steps, music, notes, etc that I can access by my cell phone while at the rink. So, I will add a new page with that and hopefully post some things about that also.
